WHY PLAY COMPETITIVE BASKETBALL

Today, competitive travel basketball is essential in developing the best basketball players. Competitive basketball offers a high level of competition that most high school programs and many college programs simply cannot offer. It provides an avenue which enables college coaches to see an athlete in a highly competitive environment playing at the highest level possible for youths. Competitive travel basketball is an absolute necessity for the serious student-athlete looking to improve their skills and attain a college scholarship

WHO ARE THE TALLAHASSEE BULLS COACHES

The Bulls assemble excellent coaching staff for all of our teams. The Bulls coaches have a wide range of experience from middle/high school, as former college basketball players and former college coaches. With this varied coaching and playing experience, all coaches are highly qualified to coach each team and are not paid. Each coach volunteers their time to give back to our community. Although we do not pay coaches for their services, we do cover their expenses associated with travel such as hotel accommodations.

WHAT ARE PLAYERS' EXPENSES


The annual full membership fee for players on AAU/YBOA and USSSA teams is $550.00. Fees include membership/insurance, the use of game uniforms, home and away, and their upkeep. Practice shirts, and travel bags are also included. The uniforms belong to the organization, but practice shirts and travel bags belong to each player. This fee per player will defray the organizations cost such as gym fees, coaches hotel accommodations, tournament entry fees and other team expenses. The Bulls are a non profit organization and is 5031C exempt.
